Hello.
Disclaimer: I am not a writer. Expect some typos from time to time — or all the time 😅
Blogging is something I always wanted to try, and I finally got the courage to start. Maybe it won't be consistent but I'll try my best.
I started this blog mostly for myself — to write about my journey. I am not sure what that will look like in the future, but I am here to record it. I know there are people out there who relate to this, and finding them is one of the reasons I am doing it.
Who am I?
I am Ayoub, a full stack developer based in Oujda, Morocco.
I started as a frontend developer. I loved building interfaces — not because I am a designer, but because I loved the process of making things appear on a screen. Landing pages, CSS challenges, that kind of thing.
As I kept going I got curious about what happens behind the scenes. Web development is much more than what the user sees. So I started learning backend, got hooked, and suddenly I was looking at the whole picture — how systems are actually built.
Over the past two years I worked on projects using Go, JavaScript, React, WebSockets, Next.js, Rust, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and PostgreSQL. I am currently deepening my work with Spring Boot and Angular, with DevOps and cloud on the horizon as the next step.
What to expect
Not entirely sure, but something like:
- Things I learned
- How I solve problems
- Tutorials
- Personal posts — whatever I feel like writing about
